GTM Team · from $5,000 a month

We connect you to your buyers, then help you grow.

Your GTM team is an outbound BDR and a RevOps admin, backed by the people who rebuild revenue systems for a living. We start with the people who already know you, then reach the ones who don't yet. It works with any CRM and runs monthly, on its own or alongside the rest of our work with you.

For agency, media, and professional services firms who want more of the right conversations, and want them to turn into revenue.

Schedule a conversation

We'll look at your CRM and your market and tell you what we'd run first.

Reactivation

First, the buyers who already know you.

Past clients, old proposals, deals that went quiet, people who met you at a conference two years ago. They're already in your CRM. Once the data is clean, we sort them by how and when they last heard from you, write to them the way a person would, and put the conversations that come back on your calendar.

  • Past contacts grouped by how and when they last engaged
  • Re-engagement emails sent from your team's names, with your sign-off on every sequence
  • Replies answered and meetings booked onto your calendar
  • Every touch logged in your CRM, so you can see what's booking

Reactivation depends on clean data. If your CRM isn't there yet, our RevOps admin cleans up the contacts we'll use before anything goes out.

Cold outbound

Then, the buyers who don't know you yet.

Our BDR builds lists that look like the clients you want more of and runs cold email that reads like someone did their homework. Outreach goes out from separate sending domains, so your main domain stays protected. Replies get answered by a person, and booked meetings land on your calendar with the context your team needs.

  • Target lists built from your best current clients
  • Separate sending domains and mailboxes, warmed up before anything goes out
  • Sequences written for your offer and your buyers
  • Meetings booked and tracked in your CRM, next to the rest of your pipeline
Why one team

Meetings only turn into revenue if the system behind them works.

Most GTM agencies are good at booking meetings. What happens next is usually somebody else's job: how leads get routed, how follow-up gets tracked, how a first call turns into a proposal and then a signed deal. Without that, more outreach is just pouring more water into a leaky bucket. We've rebuilt 180+ revenue systems, so the meetings we book land in a system built to turn them into revenue.

A GTM agency, plus a RevOps hire

You manage the agency's outreach and a new employee who's still learning your systems. The handoff between them is yours to run.

MergeYourData: both, in one team

The people booking your meetings sit next to the people building the system that turns them into revenue. One plan, and a team that knows how service firms sell.

Who this is for

A fit if

  • Someone on your team can take the meetings we book
  • You know which clients you want more of
  • You'd rather not hire and manage a BDR yourself
  • You want one team accountable from the first email to the signed deal

Not a fit if

  • Nobody has time to take new sales calls this quarter
  • You want a set number of meetings promised up front
FAQ

Questions people ask first.

What does it cost?

From $5,000 a month for reactivating your past contacts and one outbound program. Volume, channels, and how much of the team you need set the rest, and you'll see the number before anything starts.

Do we need to be on HubSpot?

No. We can run it off any CRM. What matters is that the contacts are clean enough to work from, and our RevOps admin handles that part.

What tools do you use?

Instantly for sending, Apollo and FirstTouch for lists and signals, and NeverBounce to verify every address before anything goes out. Meetings get booked through Calendly or HubSpot Meetings, and Make or Zapier connect the pieces when your CRM needs it. The CRM itself is yours: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or whatever you run.

Can we run it on its own?

Yes. It runs on its own or alongside the rest of our work with you. If your data needs more than a contact cleanup, we'll say so before anything starts.

Whose name goes on the emails?

Usually someone on your team, and you approve every sequence before it goes out. Cold outreach runs from separate sending domains so your main domain's reputation stays protected.

How does this fit Connect, See, Grow?

It covers all three. Reactivation and cold outbound each connect you to buyers, one group that already knows you and one that doesn't yet, and both are built to turn those conversations into revenue. Because it all runs inside your CRM, you can see what's booking and why.
