What Are Calculation Properties?
Calculation properties in HubSpot enables users to automatically figure out important values such as minimum, maximum, sums, or averages from related records. Users can also create custom calculations using other property values.
Creating Calculation Properties in HubSpot:
- From your HubSpot home page, click on the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner. From your HubSpot home page, click on the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Find 'Properties' in the left-hand side menu under 'Data Management'.
- Select an object from the dropdown menu.
- Select "Create Property" on the right-hand side.
- Select an Object type, group, label, and add a description.
- Continue to the next step to select a field type and select "Calculation".
- From there, you can build your calculation and save your property to start using!
