Role Overview

We’re hiring a HubSpot Revenue Operations Technologist to join our RevOps Delivery Team. You’ll be the wizard behind the curtain, bringing strategies to life, building out automations, and connecting systems that fuel our clients’ growth engines.

While the Strategist owns client communication and revenue plays, you’ll be the one translating those plays into HubSpot architecture. You’ll design scalable automations, surface real-time data signals, and build technical infrastructure that empowers our clients to grow. This is a highly agile, collaborative role inside a high-performing pod.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Systems – Configure lifecycle stages, lead status, pipeline stages, and automation rules that support client GTM strategies.
  • Automate Plays – Translate revenue ideas into powerful HubSpot workflows, lists, triggers, and integrations.
  • Enable Reporting – Build dashboards and custom properties that make signals visible, not just KPIs.
  • Execute Fast – Deliver builds during live delivery sprints, aligned with the Strategist’s roadmap.
  • Document Everything – Use tools like Supered to build CRM-embedded documentation that supports client handoff and internal reuse.
  • Create Reusables – Turn one-off workflows into templates, modules, and playbooks that speed up future builds.

This is a full-time and remote role (40 hours per week). We expect focused hours some time between 7am–7pm EST.

Reports to: RevOps Strategist (Pod Leader)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Job requirements

  • 3+ years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or CRM Technologist role
  • Deep HubSpot experience: properties, workflows, lists, reports, integrations
  • Strong understanding of funnel mechanics and GTM systems
  • Ability to turn strategy into automation without overcomplicating it
  • Bonus: Experience with Supered, Zapier, SQL, HubSpot API, Tableau/Looker
