Role Overview

We’re hiring a HubSpot Revenue Operations Strategist to join our RevOps Delivery Team. This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll own the strategy, partner with clients, and directly lead the transformation of their GTM systems. Think less “process babysitter” and more “growth architect.”

You’ll lead your delivery pod which consists of a RevOps Technologist and Data Engineer. You will lead the team in client accounts to diagnose breakdowns across the funnel, develop high-impact revenue plays, and bring them to life inside HubSpot. You’ll lead clients through operational change, with confidence, clarity, and speed.

  • Design Strategy - Segment markets, define ICPs, and architect go-to-market strategies that drive real revenue.
  • Run Analysis - Map messy workflows across marketing, sales, and service into clear, prioritized plays.
  • Lead Execution - Own the full loop: from strategy to CRM buildout to go-live and optimization.
  • Drive Change - Engage senior stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Scale Systems - Help us turn one-off solutions into reusable frameworks that accelerate delivery across clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Professional Services delivery
  • Deep experience with HubSpot (especially lifecycle design, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong grasp of funnel mechanics and revenue strategy
  • Comfortable owning conversations with executive stakeholders
  • Bonus: BI tools (Tableau, Looker), Supered, Zapier, SQL experience

This is a part-time and remote role (25 hours per week). We expect 25 hours of concentrated work per week during the hours of 7am-7pm EST.

Salary range is $55,00-$85,000 depending on experience.

This role has the option to change into full-time in the future if desired, but is not a requirement.
